Diosynth Biotechnology
Hyde provided Project Engineering Services for new process systems and water system modifications, including a walk-down of modifications, verification of contractor documentation on the performed modifications, commissioning of the equipment/systems, and an update of plant documentation. Hyde 's work focused on modifications to the facility's purified water loops and new ultrafiltration/diafiltration (UF/DF) skid, reverse osmosis (RO) skid, and water-for-injection (WFI) distillation system.
Pfizer Global Manufacturing
Hyde modified existing CIP skids from once-through to recirculated use of cleaning solutions, providing Pfizer with PFDs, P&IDs, estimates of utility loads, equipment specifications, piping layout drawings, wiring diagrams, and a modified control system.
Wyeth BioPharma
Hyde developed a conceptual design for cleaning parts and small portable equipment. We prepared a Project Plan based on a site survey to define the basis of design in cleaning duty, cleaning regimen, and cleaning validation acceptance criteria. The Project Plan addressed the tasks to be performed, described conceptual designs for the equipment, and provided a cost estimate for the overall project. After approval, User Requirement Specifications were written for a new cabinet washer and CIP skid. Additionally, documentation and recommended suppliers were provided for Request For Quotation.
